By accessing or using LoadBearing CRM ("the Service"), operated by LoadBearing App, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
LoadBearing CRM is a cloud-based customer relationship management platform for contractors. It includes client management, job tracking, estimates, invoices, scheduling, document management, and related features.
To use the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password secure, notify us of unauthorized use, and be responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.
Plans: Basic ($35/mo, 1 user), Pro ($215/mo, up to 2 users), Pro Unlimited ($485/mo, unlimited users). Optional SMS Texting add-on: $75/month. Billed monthly in advance, non-refundable except as required by law. Pricing may change with 30 days notice.
You may not use the Service to violate any law, transmit spam or malware, harass others, infringe intellectual property rights, attempt unauthorized access, or resell access without written consent.
The optional SMS Texting add-on allows contractors to send transactional text messages to their clients — job status, appointments, estimates, invoices. These are not marketing messages.
Recipients can reply STOP to unsubscribe immediately. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply.
Frequency varies by job activity. Typically 1–10 messages per month per active job.
Phone numbers are never shared with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Clients opt in by entering their phone number on a contractor intake form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. Sample opt-in form: https://loadbearing.app/sms-opt-in
You retain ownership of all data you input. We do not sell your data. You are responsible for ensuring your data use complies with applicable laws and that you have obtained all necessary consents from your clients.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, LoadBearing App, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts in St. Louis County, Missouri.
